Strummerville

It might not be the first influence you to hear in The Watermarks's music, but the impact the life and music of Joe Strummer has had on the band is substantial.

The Watermarks are extremely please and honored to be included on the strummerville.com DIY section. Thanks guys!

"Strummerville is a registered charity that aims to create new opportunities for aspiring musicians.
Set up by the friends and family of Joe Strummer in the year after his death, the charity seeks to reflect Joe's unique contribution to the music world by offering support, resources and performance opportunities to artists who would not normally have access to them."

A great charity, doing some great work, and carrying on the spirit of a great man. Check out the website to hear (and download for free) some awesome tunes from unsigned bands, and to learn more about what they do.
